Ziquora is the AVP of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) and Strategic Partnerships for Seattle Credit Union. Through her career in the financial industry she saw firsthand the challenges so many faced when the Great Recession happened and the inequity that continued for communities of color. This pivotal moment fueled her passion to partner with marginalized communities to disrupt the systems to create financial inclusion for all. At Seattle Credit Union she leads their DEI strategy and partners with community organizations to create new programs and financial products that break down barriers to financial prosperity.
